Formal Accessibility Statement
Keyboard Navigation
The TAB key can be used to navigate through links within the site menu and the main text of each page. Once a link has been highlighted, use the ENTER key to activate the link.
Alternative Displays
In order to maxmise accessibility, we have provided a number of alternative display options, namely:
- Default View - this is the colour/layout that you are probably viewing at the moment.
- Low Contrast - suitable for those with dyslexia
- Small Screen - suitable for screen resolutions of 640 pixels or below
Users of Javascript enabled web browsers can access these display options by using the links at the top right-hand corner of most pages. Your preferences will be stored in a small file, known as a cookie, on your computer so that, when you re-visit the site, your preferred display will be automatically applied. No other information is stored in this cookie and it will automatically expire one year after your last visit to this site.
If you are using a web browser that supports alternative style sheets, you can also access these alternative displays by using Stylesheet View options within the browser itself.
